Alternative payment options via Every.org include ACH bank transfers, Google Pay, crypto currencies, and stock transfers.
Every.org do not make money from charging fees, and they do not sell anyone’s data.
How can I manage my monthly donation?
To change or cancel your monthly donation, please get in touch with us at donate@ourworldindata.org.
Where are donations sent to?
Donations go to Global Change Data Lab, who publishes and maintains the website and the underlying data engine.
Global Change Data Lab is a registered charity in England and Wales (Charity Number 1186433).
Are donations tax-deductible?
If you are a UK tax payer, you can use your donation receipt for tax purposes. Additionally, if you are a UK tax payer we can also make your donations go further with Gift Aid. Through the Government’s Gift Aid scheme, we can claim an additional 25p for every £1 you donated. If you are based in the UK you will receive an invitation to fill out a Gift Aid form after your donation is processed.
NB. If you are a UK taxpayer and you did not receive a link to our Gift Aid form after donating, you can send us an email to donate@ourworldindata.org and we will reply with the details.

How do you process online donations and personal information?
We use Stripe, which is one of the world’s largest online payment processing platforms. All donations are processed through their secure server. Neither they, nor we, will ever share any of your details with third parties.
Can I be listed in your page of supporters?
Yes. Donors who agree to be listed will be included in our page of supporters. After completing the payment you will be asked to provide details.
