Government Response Stringency Index vs. Biweekly change in confirmed COVID-19 cases, Nov 17, 2021

– The Government Response Stringency Index is a composite measure based on nine response indicators including school closures, workplace closures, and travel
bans, rescaled to a value from 0 to 100 (100 = strictest response).
– The biweekly growth rate on any given date measures the percentage change in the number of new confirmed cases over the last 14 days relative to the number in
the previous 14 days.
