Precipitation anomaly in the United States, 1901 to 2015

Annual anomalies compared with the average precipitation from 1901 to 2000 based on rainfall and snowfall measurements from land-based weather stations.
Anomalies across all US states were then aggregated based on weighted averages (by area) to define a national result.
