Literacy rates, one-sentence test vs official estimate, 2018

The one-sentence test corresponds to data from DHS surveys. Specifically, the percentage of survey respondents, aged 15 and above, who can read a whole or part
of a sentence showed to them. The official estimate corresponds to the UNESCO literacy rate. In most countries this correspond to the percentage of people, aged 15
and above, who say they can read and write with understanding a short simple statement about their everyday life.
